This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit from www.monicfinancial.com (the “Site”).

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Individual Information.

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We use the Individual Information that we collect generally for the purposes of providing and servicing financial and insurance products.  Additionally, we use this Individual Information to:

We may collect your personal information from and transfer your personal information to the insurance and fund companies to whom you have applied for coverage; for the purposes of assisting them in evaluating risks for life insurance (underwriting), investigations, servicing and administration, and claims. All of our service providers with whom we have a contractual relationship are required to protect your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and our privacy practices, where we have transferred your personal information to these parties.

Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
